The scheme promised rewards not just to new customers but to existing ones too. Everyone gets treated just the same.

The TV ad was also the first in the UK to feature a LGBT couple on primetime TV receiving unparalleled praise on Twitter , 250 000 hits on youtube and recognition from the Government, Stonewall and Pink News.

The campaign exceeded expectations with over 1 million customers signing up in its first few weeks

We then used the twins in other media to show how everyone was treated identically

We proposed dressing a bendy bus as an accordion. The idea won a Chip Shop award.

To support our print campaign we also had the messaging in the place a lot of cards get lost at christmas, the pub.

Beermats looked like ‘left behind’ wallets, the service was detailed on the reverse.

We also had eye-catching floor vinyl ‘dropped’ wallets and purses at all major UK rail stations over Christmas alongside details of the service.

We used ‘real’ women in the Boots No 7 social ads.

Then we filmed them seeing their own ads for the first time.

The two films got over I million hits between them.

48 sheet posters targeted near B&Q’s and builders merchants etc.

Beer mat front reflects ‘Bowtime’ is hard earned and only for proper hard workers, those who have earned their Bowtime.

Those who haven’t?  Well, they can use the backs...

The Sun special print - If you left a dirty thumbprint on the white thumb areas of the page, then you obviously worked hard for a living and thus were entitled to your Bowtime...

Pub quiz scratch card - So drinkers can see if they had indeed earned their Bowtime. They also earned rewards  to get promotional gifts.
